Simply and quickly request your company card online

To work at Chemelot you need a personal company card. The requesting or renewing of it happens in consultation with an authorized person. From now on, you can use an online web application to do so. This is simple and saves a lot of time. After going through the application process, your existing card is automatically renewed or there’s a new card waiting for you at the Centraal Bureau Bedrijfspassen (the bureau which takes care of the company cards).

A card for a longer period

This web application is meant for staff members of firms commissioned for a company at Chemelot, who need to work longer than 5 consecutive days. For shorter periods, you can use a daypass, which you apply for at one of the manned gates at Chemelot (gate 1, 2, 5, 6 or 7). The web application is available in Dutch, French, German and English. You can apply yourself or empower a colleague.

How do I apply for this pass?

1. Go to the web application and register or log in with your e-mail address and password

2. Fill in the requested data

3. Click at confirm to submit the application, then an authorized person will  approve of decline

4. You will be informed by e-mail about the status of your application

5. Application approved? You can get your company card when you present your ID or passport at the Centraal Bureau Bedrijfspassen (Please notice: a drivers’ license is not good enough)
